Alfred University Video Art, Music faculty collaborate at LangLab
Alfred University faculty members Eric Souther and Jason Mullen
Alfred University Associate Professor of Video Art Eric Souther recently joined Jason Mullen, adjunct instructor of Music at the University, in performing Ultra Nervous Music at the Performing Media Festival, at LangLab, in South Bend, IN.
Ultra Nervous System is a musical negotiation, with Souther and Mullen performing parametric shifts on the synthesizer/visuals and electric guitar respectively.
The South Bend Performing Media Festival is an annual showcase of audio-visual performance works, hosted by Indiana University South Bend, South Bend Museum of Art, LangLab South Bend and Notre Dame University.
